eBiz-IT provides a help desk facility which is manned during business hours which is 09:00 – 17:00hrs Monday to Friday. eBiz-IT offers support services outside of defined business hours subject to special arrangements.
This service is intended to help trained clients to resolve day to day operational problems caused by software or hardware malfunction.
Customer Help Desk – Support Contract Clients

Customer Help Desk – Non Support Contract Clients
- · Charges are calculated based on 15 minute periods.
- · 9am – 5pm Business cover

- · 8 hour minimum response
- · Daily Escalation procedure
Note: The help desk is no substitute for formal training or internal operational disciplines. If it becomes clear that the problems encountered are due to lack of fundamental understanding and or training then eBiz-IT will advise clients accordingly. If the problem persists, eBiz-IT reserves the right to levy additional charges. However eBiz-IT will be delighted to discuss additional regular services that might be appropriate help with the smooth running of the clients system. These include monthly or weekly site visits to perform the role normally delivered by the companies IT Manager.
