 eBiz-It Ceremony Management System

By popular demand we have been asked to deliver a system to manage the Ceremony Process along similar lines to Citizenship using the same technologies and techniques.

Essentially there are 2 types of ceremony, one is subject to laws of the land, and the other is not but still requires the same excellent high standards provided by the professionals.

Both types of ceremony require meticulous management of each stage of the process the only real difference between them is the legal requirement for notices and indexing the marriages with the GRO.  The same resources are used for both, which is the Registrar and the Venues. 

Our new CM system will cover the following general area of activity such as:

• New Ceremony Booking
• Ceremony Database
• Notice of Marriage/Civil partnerships
• Church Weddings
• Register Office Weddings
• Registrar Team Roistering
• Ceremony Performance
• Other Ceremonies
• Licensed Venues
• Billing and Cash Collection.

The system will run on SQL and .Net Framework, it will be multi user with unlimited users and can be installed both locally and remotely on and established network.  This will cater for both Unitary and County Councils with a single or multiple Register Offices covering multiple Registration Districts.

Currently we have several register Offices involved with the initial design of the systems and essentially they will get a customised system for a package price.
