Geoff Bayliss - Director

Starting as an electronics engineer supporting early mainframe computers with the high street banks Geoff hung up his tool bag and graduated as systems and custome­r support consultant for International Computers in 1976 only leaving to start his first software company, Traderman Systems,in 1983;  

It was then when Geoff started selling and supporting complete business solutions on mini computers to a wide range of customers, many in specialist vertical markets.  In 1991 Geoff was headhunted to start up UK subsidiary of US manufacturing software company Symix, leaving a successful software business employing nearly 30 staff. 

Later he joined Computer Associates in time for the new millennium selling corporate financial and operational systems to blue chip companies and local government; Recently,in 2002,established the successful European headquarters for San Francisco based HumanConcepts specialising in Organisation Charting Software, OrgPlus.  

With the experience gained working for UK and US based companies supplying complete business management solutions to both large and small businesses, and being at the forefront of emerging and new technologies enables Geoff to understand the challenges that companies face on a daily basis.
