Appropriate training is fundamental to the success of any software application.  The type of training differs from person to person depending upon their role and responsibilities within the organisation and their own personal expertise.

Therefore eBiz-IT offers a flexible training plan to reflect individual company needs from any of the following for all eBiz-IT supplied products:

• Product training
• User
• Administrator
• Reporting

eBiz-IT offers the options of training on a customer’s premises or off site in a classroom setting.  Most training takes place during the initial implementation time, and to supplement this activity eBiz-IT provides regular classroom training at suitable venues across the South West, on a clients own premises or clients can choose to enrol in regular online training sessions the schedules of which will be published on this site.

Regular classroom training and online can be used by customers to train new employees in the product once the initial installation is complete, or as a refresher course for existing employees. 

NOTE: It is important for companies to have trained staff who are aware of the power and capabilities of the software to ensure the most efficient processes are being used.  Research has shown that many companies, both large and small, have many side systems running mission critical aspects of the business and which are usually based on spreadsheets.  The reason for this is simply because of lack of awareness about the installed software package.
